Grieving soul…

Shadowed by sorrows, life takes a ride;
No where to run,
no where to hide;
Wondering where this path leads;
Sorrows turning dreams blind;
But still pursues the grieving mind?…
Why do dreams
help build castles in the air;
When your destiny
would turn it into despair?…
In pursuit of the
happiness long gone;
Tears start to fall…

  3. the dark cloud overhead, soaks us then passes on…leaving us doubly blessed by fate … Grieving and sorrows, are a time of deep reflection I feel we all have to go through…To grow and gain our inner strength..
    Loved the poem Mystique, in that it tells so graphically how it feels… xPenx

    my soul is grieving and is wandering nowhere. i am alone and still have to test fate and destiny. when will i gain that inner strength to conquer every struggle?

    thinking i will soon understand them, just different stages of life. like playing on it at the right tune.

    • Sorrows n happiness are phases of life which keep coming one after the other… All of us go through it… Its a time for self reflection n it makes you stronger n a better person… Thanks for your visit n comment…

  6. Hi Hun! 🙂

    My favourite ‘cure’ is a hot lemon toddy – it may not cure you, but after three of these beauties you just don’t care any more!!! 😛

    Love and squishy hugs!

    Thanks for the comment!

    Lillian already told me not to starve as it doesn’t work, just to eat small meals so they last longer!

    Trouble at the moment is that every time I cough I get dizzy and I’m full of a cold right now! 🙂

    Hope you have a great weekend!!! 🙂

    Love and hugs!
